Technical lead, who will take care of the technicians (not organizational part), that all have the same
understanding and are able to work in a 100% exact framework. Also, he will be responsible for the Software check from KANTAR users and find out, if necessary, how to migrate to Windows 10 and to package the software for later installation on the workstations. Also, he supports me in all kind of technical issues during the project.
Need to be fluent in German, the technical lead also in English. Also, they need to have good communication skills with the end-user and also well educated.
Hyper Care Room for each location (3 days and for Munich 5 days) after finished the Migration at the location, where the technical lead needs to be there in one office room, to help/support any user, if there is any problem.
