Following experience is required:

Technical and data analytical mindset and ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audience

Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform

Experience with customer journeys and Journey builder

Experience with Contact Builder
-
Experience with Content Builder
-
Experience with Mobile Studio
-
Understand data models
-
Good command of English
-
Familiarity with digital marketing or IT environment
Following experience is desirable:

Enterprise-wide experience with marketing automation and configuration of marketing automation tools

Experience with other Salesforce platforms
-
Able to write in SQL (AMPscript)

Understanding of Digital Analytics
Main functions/responsibilities:
-
Technical support and product development for marketing automation (SFMC)
-
Collaboration with extended IT teams, technical support team and regional business stakeholders
-
Bridging marketing automation with digital analytics capabilities
