Strong SDM background with knowledge and experience in Card and Travel payment as well as experience in Operations customer-facing roles
Strong knowledge, including hands-on skills within application monitoring within the financial services/banking domain
Excellent client-facing engagement skills with strong escalations resolution experience
Fluent German and English with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills (NN account)
Experience of coordinating multiple engagements/projects
Team lead experience, including experience of managing remote teams
Managing remote teams working in 24X7 shifts, planning and tracking the shifts
The flexible working approach to working beyond typical hours
Good project management/service delivery management skills: planning, tracking, risk assessment, status updates and review, action item tracking, and stakeholder management of both internal Mindtree and customer organizations.
While the base location is Frankfurt, should be able to travel to Poland / India to meet the team and other stakeholders once the travel restrictions are lifted.
