Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in Salesforce - Service Cloud + Sales cloud development and implementation
Experience of 3-5 full cycle SFDC -Service Cloud + Sales Cloud implementation project that involves integration with other systems
Hands-on experience with SFDC Service / Sales Cloud (application design, architecture and development using Salesforce.com)
Hands-on experience working with Apex and VisualForce (triggers, classes, test classes, extensions, components) and integration to other systems
Understanding of Salesforce security model (profiles, permissions and sharing)
Determines what the major components of the complete solution are.
Is the main point of contact for technical stakeholders such as Ops, Infrastructure teams or external Solution Architects.
Uses knowledge of Enterprise Architecture and Partnership IT Strategy/Roadmap.
Assists in developing technical options during project shaping, determine how new projects will fit with existing technologies and with other projects.
Identifies technical architectural risks/trade-offs and mitigating actions with regard to a specific systems project, and work through governance processes to ensure plan is in place to complete mitigating actions.
Facilitates resolution of technical constraints which span applications and resolves complex development problems.
Participates in project governance for approval of solution and design and quality assurance and in divisional and Partnership IT governance where appropriate.
Uses knowledge of specific relevant technical areas which may include network, server, storage, application/software development technologies.
Is hands on in building the solution.
