• 5+ years’ experience and understands scheduling, floor management & volume management and Team management for a 24/7 process
• Should have banking, Retail credit cards, Loans, commercial cards
• Extremely organized. Strong multitasking and time-management skills
• A demonstrated passion for learning and developing employees at all levels
• Conduct regular process reviews to identify improvements
• Should have managed multilingual voice process
• Banking Call centre operations experience is a must.
