Customer Service Specialist

Job Description

Your duties:

• Telephone contact with our clients in German in the process of car damage claims (incoming calls)
• Commencement of accident damage proceedings
• Ability to work independently without close supervision
• Good decision-making skills
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Having interest in helping people, being tactful and polite person
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Being a smart user of MS Office products
• Pro-active, creative and “can-do” positive attitude
• A collaborative team player willing to share knowledge
• Very good knowledge of an additional language (French or German)

Required:

• Minimum one year of experience in customer service (front office, by phone)
• Experience or education in insurance is welcome.
