Job Description

The role:

• Business Analyst with Hands-on Data Extraction & Analysis

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s of Engineering or Technology or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT industry
• Understanding on Install Base data and Asset Management
• Understanding on business terms of Service Contracts
• Manage data related to asset management for a global tech giant.
• Excellent data analysis and excel skills. Reporting and report creation skills.
• Work with the customer, external and internal stakeholders on
• Asset management deliverables
• Flexible,team player and positive attitude
• Good working knowledge of English language
• Knowledge of Portuguese and Polish language an added advantage
• Bea fast learner, and eager to mentor less experienced team members
• Must have Good communication, problem solving and analytical skills

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collaborates with client stakeholders, offshore teams and provide expertise
• For solving complex business / technical requirements
• Provide data required for managing customer and assets and generate business opportunities
• Analyses,define scope, objectives and classifies complex change request and reviews and evaluates possible innovation / enhancements.
• Maintains active relationships with customers to determine business requirements.
